The cybersecurity training package created by Talentator and Hermitage Solutions for the employees of the Lithuanian Mint has proven to be successful. Digital training has made it possible for everyone to learn at their own time and at their own pace. Employees have positively assessed the possibility of signing up to the platform independently, as the learning process was clear and convenient, and the platform is user-friendly. More than once, we have heard friendly discussions over the coffee about the content of the e-learning and the knowledge gained, as well as its practical application.

We wanted to introduce our salary management system to all employees, to explain what Tele2’s salary consist of, and to present this information in a transparent and interactive way. Previously, this training was either live or online and only for managers. Managers would of course share the information with their team members, but e-learning solution allowed us to inform everyone in the company without exception.  

The training was assigned to all employees and is now also assigned to all newcomers. We did not set a deadline for this training, but the employees themselves were eager to complete the training, praising its visual and interactive nature.  

We are pleased that we now have a tool that allows us to inform employees how their salary is managed and that this information is now easily accessible to everyone.  

We hope that with this e-training, employees will become more familiar with their salary structure, will  have fewer questions, and we will promote transparency.

The institution is pleased to have implemented a LMS, which allows to host digital training and other relevant material related to the development of staff competences. Staff can find useful and relevant information in one place, which they can overlook at any time. This LMS is particularly relevant for new employees, who can immediately improve their knowledge without the need for more additional resources from the institution, as training is already assigned during the onboarding process, and employees acquire the necessary competences and improve their skills more quickly. 

The LMS is easy to understand and use for staff and administrators. The employee survey shows that employees are satisfied with the system, the innovative training and the opportunity to test their knowledge.

To respond to the public’s interest in knowing more about the state, mobilization and the place of each citizen in preparing to participate in the global defense, we looked for ways to create an online learning platform.

We are happy to cooperate with the Talentator team, who with their professionalism and creativity helped us to create the informational and educational platform www.mobilizacijosmokykla.lt –  an e-learning platform where information is presented simply and clearly. E-learnings are voiced, visualized, tasks are presented in an easy form. Here one can gain knowledge about mobilization, host nation support and the historiography, forms, ways, methods and possibilities of civil resistance. After completing the training, it is possible to test the acquired knowledge and receive certificates.

Health and safety trainings are often associated with long boring and full of text slides presentations. We wanted to change it and show to our employees that health and safety topics are important and can be also interesting.

At Šiaulių Bankas, we talk more and more every day about a safe and healthy work environment, which each of our employees shapes with their actions, words and deeds. It is important for us that everyone feels good at a workplace, so in 2022 we presented to our employees the rules for the prevention of violence and harassment in the Bank and invited them to switch to the e-learning course “Mobbing at work: how to recognize it?”. 

Talentator training allows our employees to better understand possible forms of violence and harassment, how to prevent it and the procedure for submitting and examining reports. 94% of our employess already passed this e-learning.

In 2018, we started using e-learning for legal education of Lithuanian people. Inside our company, we have been using the remote environment (webinars) for a long time, and this year we transferred even more training topics to the remote training environment, especially in the areas of basic and technical knowledge.

Remote learning has made the learning process much easier for us. It is no longer necessary to gather people in one place and it used to be a challenge, because we have branches all over Lithuania. We work five days a week and pay a lot of attention to customer service, so training that allows us to continue customer service without interruption on weekdays is a big lifesaver. Distance learning is not just a test of knowledge, it is an easy and accessible training material that can be found and revisited by the employee at any time in one system.

Commemorating the uprising of 1831 which has started at Kelmė Manor, we decided to use modern information technologies to create a three-part interactive game supplemented with animated graphic effects and  present to the public the exceptional historical role of Kelmė Manor.

To implement this idea, we used the Talentator, whose team were doing great job in communicating and collaborating with us. All questions that arose were resolved quickly, the essence of one or another decision was explained. Thanks to the professionalism of the talented employees, the project went much faster than planned. The not only performed their tasks, but also provided solution alternatives. Our project was executed perfectly.

With the real live trainings used to reach only a small part of the people, so e. training became an opportunity to access a larger circle of employees. When the quarantine has started, we wanted to smoothly train new employees from different locations and cities and onboard them remotely.

A part of our employees (about 40%) work remotely, so there was a need to train large groups digitally.
