E-learning for all residents of Lithuania, in which information about the pension reform is given quickly and clearly.
Our goal
Introduce employed residents to pension reforms and help them decide to save up or not.
What information is presented?
Course participants are introduced to main points and necessary information concerning pension reform, and are given possible action plans, if they decide to use pension funds or not. Pension fund organizations are introduced.
E-learning format:
The training is made with the “tree” principle: the direction of the training depends on each click – the one saving up decides for him/herself what information is relevant. Icons and illustrations are used minimally for clarity and to help maintain concentration on the transfer of information.
