In this e-training, the learner is taught how to make an insurance contract through their system.
Motivate employees to use a new selling system and get acquainted with the system’s basic functions.
The e-learning course is broken up into three main topics: the process of making a contract, the stages of making a contract, and the sales system environment. Part of the information is given through associating illustrations. Another part is shown using images demonstrating using the selling system and letting the learner actively participate in operating the system in a given situation. The learner can continue watching further only after completing assigned tasks (e.g. inputting data, selecting the boxes shown).
Animation is used to explain the processes and motivational information, and a system simulation (interactive images of the system) is used to learn how to use the system.
