An educational film for educators about burnout syndrome.
Burnout syndrome is a build-up of dealing with professional failure or difficulties. This syndrome is one of the most pressing problems experienced by educators, other employees of educational institutions, and representatives of other professions. The educational film was made to inform and give recommendations to solve one of the most urgent, but rarely identified, negative problems. Psychologists Dr. Antanas Valantinas and Vytis Valantinas give their thoughts on why burnout syndrome occurs and advise how to overcome it and where to turn for help. Their ideas make the film an excellent source of positive energy – not only for educators but for other professionals dealing with difficulties in the workplace as well.
