This e-training is made up of 5 parts in which separately discuss situations that different departments in a store might deal with. In each department, there are visualized simulations of situations, during which the learners must decide how to carry on a conversation with a customer. In the end, they will find out if the way they chose was right.
In the filmed videos, real situations are shown in fresh meat, culinary, confectionery, fish, and meat product departments. At the end of each part, there are interactive exercises that seek to solidify the information. Sound is used in the duration of this e-learning course.
